Install day
From your message
to light, in 72 hours.
No office visit, no paperwork marathon, no “between 9 and 5” window that eats your day. The whole thing happens in one chat thread — here is how it actually goes.
-
Hour 0
You message.
Your area and what you need the connection for. We confirm coverage the same day — a straight yes, or an honest not-yet.
-
Within a day
We survey and quote.
Someone checks how the fibre reaches your door and you get one figure for the whole setup, taxes included. Nothing is owed until you say go.
-
Day 1–3
Our crew wires you up.
Our own people run the line, fit the router where the Wi-Fi works hardest, and run a wired speed test with you watching.
-
From then on
You’re on the line.
The chat you signed up on becomes your support line. The people who installed it are the people who answer.
Add-on · HD cable TV
The same line also carries TV.
HD cable television over the fibre that’s already in your wall — Rs 300 a month on any plan. No dish on the roof, no second wire through the window.
Asked often,
answered straight.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. There is no data cap and no fair usage clause hiding in the terms. The speed you buy is the speed you get, all month.
Are uploads really as quick as downloads?
They are, on every plan. Most internet here gives you a fraction of your speed for upload. On fibre we run them equal, which is what keeps video calls steady and big files moving.
What do I need to get connected?
An address we reach and the one-time setup above. Message us your area first. We confirm coverage before any money moves.
How long does installation take?
Most installs land within 24 to 72 hours of confirming your address and plan.
Can I take my connection to a new house?
If the new address is in our coverage, we move you. The wiring cost depends on the new location, so ask us before you shift.
I run a business. Are these my plans?
Businesses usually want a dedicated line with a fixed IP and a service level in writing. That is a different product, sized to you.
