What does it cost to get started?
Your first month, plus one-time setup: installation around Rs 5,000 depending on your location, a router you keep (Rs 4,500 to 8,000), and a deposit you get back in full if you ever leave. We confirm the exact figure for your address before any money moves.
How do I switch from my current provider?
Keep your old connection running. We install within 24 to 72 hours, you test the line properly for a few days, then cancel the old one. No gap, no leap of faith.
Is "unlimited" actually unlimited?
Yes. No data cap, no fair-usage clause waiting in the terms, no slowdown at month-end. The speed you buy is the speed you get, all month.
What happens when something breaks?
You message the same WhatsApp number you signed up on, and an engineer answers — not a script, not a queue. The network is ours, so the people fixing a fault are the people who built the line.
Does the internet go when the lights go?
Our network runs on backup power, so the line to your house stays live through load-shedding. The honest catch: the router in your house needs electricity too. A small UPS on the router keeps you online through any outage — ask us about it at install.
