About Waylink
An operator,
not a middleman.
WayLink (Pvt.) Ltd. has built and run its own fibre network from Rawalpindi since 2014, under a nationwide PTA licence. We own what we sell, which is rarer than it sounds.

The structure
is the product.
Waylink started in Rawalpindi in 2014, putting its own fibre in the ground and growing the way infrastructure grows: street by street, with our own crews. In 2016 the PTA granted us a nationwide internet services licence — the one we still hold, valid through 2031.
In 2018 we registered our own autonomous network, AS137561, with APNIC, the registry that keeps the internet's address book for Asia and the Pacific. In plain terms, Waylink is part of the internet itself, not a customer of someone who is. From your street to the backbone of the internet, the equipment carrying your traffic is ours.
That structure is the product. When the network is yours, you answer for it. There is no wholesaler to blame and no ticket queue inside another company. The people who built your line are the people who fix it.
On the public record.
